Empress rules

Here's the ever-evolving document that represents the Empress rules:

It's about time, right?

I should have done this before, but I'm kind of dumb.  This makes a lot more sense that publishing a whole bunch of text on the blog that will quickly go out of date.

Be aware that, for some reason, this google doc fails to open the first time you click on it.  When this happens, keep the broken tab open but click on the link again.  It will open a new tab that will work properly...now you can close the broken one.  I have no idea why this happens.

Now, if I really get my act together, I'll version this stuff.  Don't hold your breath!
